The Document Editor: A Clean, Smart Editing Experience 📝
Guidde’s Document Editor offers a streamlined workflow with clear separation between video and document editing. You can refine your written guidde independently from the video: Add or delete steps, edit text, images, and layout, without affecting your video guidde!
View mode is read-only, preventing unintentional edits.
New Video/Document editor switcher.
Documents can be edited independently, synced with video until customized.
One “Done” button publishes both video and document changes.

We’ve redesigned the Guidde Library to make finding and viewing content even faster and smarter!
Channels (formerly called Spaces) are dedicated hubs to explore content by team, topic, or subject, keeping your guiddes organized and streamlined.
The new "For You" tab offers streaming-style browsing, making it easier for your team to access relevant knowledge quickly.

Editor Header Redesign 🆕
With the new editor header, you can enjoy a cleaner look and improved editing flow.
• Auto-Save Cloud Icon, shows real-time save status with helpful tooltips:

• Icon-based language selector, appears when your Guidde has multiple languages.

Streamlined Speaker Generation 💾
The “Generate Speaker” button is no longer needed. Speaker edits now save automatically in the background, making your flow smooth and seamless.
Simply click “Done” to save and finalize your guidde!
• No need to click “Generate Speaker” anymore.
• You can preview how your video sounds - in edit mode.
• Speaker and transcript edits are saved in the background and applied to your guidde once you click 'Done'.
