Editor & Preview Updates 🖼️
Hide Steps from the Document: allows you to remove the step from the document without deleting it or detaching the video. Hidden steps remain in the editor and can be shown again at any time.
Silent Steps are Hidden in the Document: Steps without narration are automatically hidden in document view for a clean reading experience.
Speaker Preview Play Button: Preview the full step with video and audio as it will appear in the final guidde.
Brand Kit Settings in the Video Editor:
Full Background tab display on Cover and Ending steps.
Only configured Brand Colors are shown in the selection menu when a Brand Kit is applied, keeping selections focused and fully on-brand.
Gradients simplified to two rows in the menu for easier selection. Click “View All” to view all the options.

When adding an MP4 video to guidde, you can select one of two options:
Keep the video as is - to be added as a single step.
Split the video into chapters - to automatically break the video into separate steps (which you can rearrange, delete, or add steps as needed).
Easily convert existing MP4 files into structured, editable guiddes.

Speaker Voices: Redesigned Selection Menu
The speaker voice selection menu has been redesigned to make it even easier and faster to find the right voice for your guiddes:
Filter voices by Quality (Standard / Premium), Gender, and Language.
Play to preview a speaker voice before applying it.
Your 3 most recently used voices will appear at the top for quick access.
More Step Transitions
We've added 10 new step transitions, including Blur, Warp, Cross Zoom, and more!
You can control the transition speed by moving the dedicated slider.
Recommended transitions are displayed first, and additional transitions available by clicking More transitions at the bottom of the menu.
Step transitions add professional, high-quality motion effects that keep viewers engaged and clearly highlight shifts between sections.
