Branded Collection Cover

Collections display a branded cover at the top of the page — visible both when you're editing and when someone views or opens a shared link. The cover shows your workspace logo and applies your brand colors to the collection's headings and layout.

Available on: Plans with Brand Kit access

Customizing the Brand Cover on a Collection

1. In edit mode, hover over the cover to reveal a Change / Remove control on the bottom right. If the collection doesn’t have a cover, click Add cover.

2. Clicking Change opens the brand panel with the following options:

  • Change brand kit - Select a different Brand Kit from your workspace to apply to this collection.

  • Change logo - Select a logo from the variety available in your Brand Kit. or pick none.

  • Accent color - Select an accent color from your brand palette.

  • Background photo - Optionally upload a photo (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 10 MB) to sit behind the logo. If no photo is uploaded, the background uses the color bloom effect.

  • Re-pull - Refreshes brand data from the domain source (logo and colors may update if the brand kit has changed).

3. At the bottom of the brand panel, select Set as default for new collections to save your current brand selection as the workspace default. New collections will use it automatically.

  • When a collection is published or shared, the branded cover appears exactly as it does in edit view. The brand is locked in at the time of publishing — if you update your Brand Kit later, already-published collections are not affected.

4. Removing the cover: Hover the cover and select Remove on the bottom right. If no cover has been added yet, a Add cover prompt is visible (only) in the edit view.
