1. AI-Powered Support Interactivity
Our support platform includes an automated assistant designed to help you find answers quickly. This interaction is governed by Article 50(1) requirements regarding user awareness.
System Type: Interactive AI Support Agent.
Purpose: To analyze inquiries and provide relevant solutions based on official product documentation.
Human Intervention: While our AI assistant is highly capable, it is not a human. You always have the right to request a transfer to a human support agent at any point during your interaction.
2. AI-Generated Training Materials
We use the Guidde platform to create high-quality video documentation and step-by-step guides. These materials may contain "synthetic content" as defined by the EU AI Act.
Synthetic Elements: Training videos may include AI-generated voiceovers, automated visual workflow captures, and AI-assisted script generation.
Technical Transparency (Article 50.2): All content created via Guidde is marked in a machine-readable format. This ensures that the content is detectable by automated systems as being artificially generated or manipulated, maintaining a clear chain of provenance.
Human Oversight: No AI-generated training material is published "blindly." Every video and guidde undergoes a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review process by our experts to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality.
3. Transparency Labeling Standards
To ensure clear and distinguishable disclosure, we use a multi-layered labeling approach:
Visual Labels: Videos featuring AI voiceovers or synthetic captures are labeled with a "Generated with AI Assistance" watermark or a description tag.
Interaction Notices: Our chatbot identifies itself as an AI agent in the opening message of every session.
