Before You Begin
A few things to know before purchasing Premium Voices:
Premium Voices is available as an add-on for Business plans only. Free, Pro, and Free Business Trial workspaces will be guided through the upgrade flow before purchase.
Only workspace Admins can purchase and manage the add-on.
Editors can request access to Premium Voices in-app. This sends a notification to the workspace Admin, who will also receive an email to review permissions and settings.
Premium Voices is purchased per workspace, based on paid users.
Each paid user includes 60 voice minutes that can be used across the workspace by Creators, Content Managers and Admins.
Example:
5 paid seats on an annual Business plan = 300 minutes billed annually
3 paid seats on a monthly Business plan = 180 minutes billed monthly
Ways to Unlock Premium Voices
You can purchase the Premium Voices add-on from three locations in Guidde: Workspace Settings, the Brand Kit, or the Speaker Editor.
Add Premium Voices from the Workspace Settings
1. Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
2. Select Workspace Settings from the opened menu.
3. In Workspace Settings, go to the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down to find the Add-ons section and click Unlock.
5. In the opened window, review the terms and preview available voices. Additional voice options are available in the Speaker Editor. Click Add to my Plan.
6. Enter your payment details and click Upgrade.
Once your payment is complete, your workspace will get access to the full Premium Voices library.
Add Premium Voices from the Brand Kit
1. Access your Brand Kit from the left side panel of your Guidde homepage.
2. Scroll down to find the Voiceover section and click the pencil icon on the right.
3. When the Voices menu opens, you can filter the voices by Quality, Gender, and Language. Select Premium to view only premium voices, then choose any language or speaker you'd like to preview.
4. Click play to listen to any voice.
5. Click Unlock Premium Voice at the bottom right to proceed.
6. In the opened window, review the terms and click Add to my Plan.
7. Enter your payment details and click Upgrade.
8. A popup will let you know once the payment is processed and your Premium Voice pack is unlocked. Click Confirm.
That's it, your package of premium voices is ready to go!
Add Premium Voices from the Speaker Editor
1. Access the Video Editor using the Edit button in the top-right corner of the video’s view page, or from the homepage by opening the three-dot menu on a Guidde and selecting Edit.
2. Open the Speaker section in the left side panel.
3. Click the Pencil icon at the bottom of the speaker editor to access voice settings.
4. In the opened menu you can filter the voices by Quality, Gender, and Language. Select Premium to view only premium voices, and choose any language or speaker you'd like to preview.
5. Click play to listen to any voice.
6. Click Unlock Premium Voice to proceed.
7. In the opened window, review the terms and click Add to my Plan.
8. Enter your payment details and click Upgrade.
9. A popup will let you know once the payment is processed and your Premium Voice pack is unlocked. Click Confirm.
Once Premium Voices is enabled:
The full Premium voice library becomes available across your workspace.
Your workspace gets 60 minutes per user, shared collectively across the team.
Creators, Content Managers, and Admins can use Premium AI voices in their Guiddes. Viewers won’t be able to use Premium voices or edit the speaker.
You can set a default Premium voice in the Brand Kit, which will automatically apply to every new guidde created moving forward.
You can replace the voice in existing guiddes by selecting a Premium voice in the Speaker Editor.
Track Usage
Voice minutes are counted when a video is generated during capture and when a guidde is regenerated after editing.
Admins can monitor Premium Voices usage from the Billing tab in the Workspace Settings.
When your workspace reaches 80% of your premium minutes:
Admins receive an email notification and an in-app alert.
Additional minutes can be purchased to avoid interruptions.
When additional minutes are added again after the initial purchase, the add-on becomes a recurring part of the monthly plan, and can be deactivated at any time if no longer needed.
If your workspace reaches 100% usage and no additional minutes are added:
Videos will still be generated, with a standard default voice instead of a Premium voice.
A notification will indicate that a fallback voice is being used.
Any guiddes already created with a Premium voice will keep its original audio, unless it is edited and regenerated.
Note: When the allocated monthly minutes are not fully used, the remaining balance does not roll over. At the start of each new billing cycle, a fresh minutes package is applied.
