Billing Changes after Upgrading Your Plan

Upon completing the purchase process, your account will undergo an upgrade, and a payment receipt will be delivered to your designated email address.

Post-upgrade, the individual responsible for the subscription purchase is elevated to the role of Administrator. This Admin, who serves as the cardholder responsible for subscription payments, retains access to billing settings throughout their team membership. Admins gain the capability to manage licenses, add or remove team members, and cancel or reactivate subscriptions.

In the event of upgrading from one paid plan to another, such as Pro to Business, you will be charged for the difference between plans for the remainder of the billing cycle, accompanied by the issuance of an invoice for the difference.

Plan Changes and Seat Adjustments

Annual plans:

If you’re on an annual plan, the following changes require contacting support:

  • Downgrading from Business to Pro.

  • Reducing the number of seats.

  • Switching from annual to monthly billing.

When adjusting these settings in your workspace, you’ll be guided to reach out to our support team, who will assist you with the next steps.

Monthly Plans

If you’re on a monthly plan, you can make these changes directly in your workspace settings. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period:

  • Plan downgrade: You’ll receive a confirmation that the downgrade is scheduled, including the exact date it will take effect.

  • Seat reduction: You’ll see a confirmation with the effective date, and your billing page will reflect the upcoming change.
