How to Access Your Workspace:
1. Click your profile image on the bottom left of your Guidde homepage.
2. Select Workspace Settings from the opened menu.
Available on all plans:
Change your workspace name
Select default Channels for new members
View and manage your subscription plan
Available on Business and Enterprise plans:
Set default content privacy
Control who can join your workspace (account) with privacy settings
Automatically assign new users the Viewer role (Enterprise plan)
Allow Single Sign-Onโ (Enterprise plan)

Review your payment method
Update the bank card details
View invoice history
Download invoices
Update number of paid seats on your plan (Pro and Business)
Dictionary
Ensure accurate pronunciation in generated voiceovers by adding custom words or phrases to your organization's dictionary.
User Management
See who your workspace admins are: Their info appears at the top of the users list. Alternatively, you can arrange the list by role.

Hide Creator Identity
This setting allows workspace admins to control whether the creatorโs name and profile picture are displayed in shared Guiddes. When turned off, both the name and profile image will be hidden from both public and embedded guiddes. The toggle is enabled by default to show creator details unless manually disabled.
Captions on/off by Default
From your Workspace Settings, you can toggle automatic captions on or off by default for all your guidde videos. Scroll down to find "Hide captions by default" and toggle it on or off.
How to switch between workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces (accounts) within Guidde, you have the ability to 'Switch' between them using the left-side panel on your dashboard.

How to delete my workspace?
Workspace deletion does not cancel your active subscription.
To stop further renewals, please cancel your subscription in settings.

To initiate the removal of all your data from Guidde systems, please notify the Guidde Support team, and we will handle your request within a 48-hour timeframe.

What happens to my videos when the workspace is deleted?
When you submit a workspace deletion request, all your content will be permanently removed from Guidde within 48 hours.

To safeguard your videos before proceeding with the deletion, kindly utilize any of the export options available.
