Invite Members to Your Workspace

Easily invite people to your workspace to start creating and sharing content together.

Who can do it

  • Viewers can invite other viewers.

  • Creators can invite creators and viewers.

  • Content Managers can invite content managers, creators, and viewers.

  • Admins can invite anyone to the workspace.

1. Begin by accessing the Guidde web app and selecting "Invite new member."

2. Choose a role for the new member:

  • Viewer

  • Content Manager

  • Creator

  • Viewer

3. Enter the email address of the new member or paste a list of emails to send invitations in bulk.

4. Customize the invitation message as needed.

5. Click "Send Invitation" to send out invitations directly from the application.

Alternatively, copy the link to share it through your preferred communication channels.

Note: Inviting a new user as a Creator, Content Manager, or Admin to your workspace does not automatically add a paid seat to your account. The user will join with the selected role and receive a 5-day free trial of that role. After the trial ends, they will be downgraded to a Viewer unless a paid seat is assigned.

To grant a user a permanent paid role, you’ll need to increase the number of paid seats in your workspace. You can do this by going to Workspace Settings → Billing → Update Seats.
