Available As an add-on on the Enterprise plan only.
Create a Translation Bundle for Your Guidde
1. Select the guidde you'd like to translate.
2. At the top of the guidde's view page, click translate.
3. A menu will open, where you can select languages and speaker voices for your translation.
4. Select a language by checking the box next to it. You can mark multiple languages at once to include them in your translation bundle.
5. Assign a preferred speaker voice for each language. Click Play to preview a speaker, and use the indicators below each voice to quickly identify details like gender or quality.
Note: Premium voices are available on our Enterprise plan.
6. After selecting your languages and speaker voices, click Translate at the bottom right.
7. A popup will show the progress of the translation for each language you’ve selected.
8. Your translations bundle is ready! Once it’s finished, you’ll land on the video’s View page. At the top, you’ll find a language dropdown that lets you switch between the linked translations in the bundle.
The translation bundle includes:
The primary guidde, which is the original language version.
Linked translations: Remain connected to the primary guidde, allowing viewers to switch between languages seamlessly.
9. When viewing a translated guidde, your audience can now click the language icon to choose their preferred language.
Editing a Translation Bundle
1. Click any language in the dropdown list.
2. The translated version of the guidde will open on its view page, where you can watch, review, or make changes as needed.
3. You can edit every translated version by clicking Edit at the top right of the view page.
Each version is edited independently, so changes won’t affect the other translations in the bundle, giving you the flexibility to tweak each one as needed.
4. You can add more translations to the bundle by clicking Translate at the bottom of the language dropdown menu in your translated guidde.
Note: You can create more translations from the primary video only, not from the linked translations. This ensures your bundle stays linked correctly and maintains the right structure.
5. If you attempt to translate a guidde into a language that already has a linked translation, a pop-up will notify you that continuing will override any edits made to that version. This can be helpful if you want to update the translation to match the primary version, but keep in mind that any unique edits in the translated guidde will be replaced.
Additional Options for Linked Translations
1. In your homepage, each video will have an indicator of all the linked translations.
2. You can open the menu here to access any language in the bundle.
3. In View Mode, each linked translation has a three-dot menu at the top right corner, that includes additional options.
4. Here, you can:
Make a copy of the guidde (if you wish to have it seperately)
View Insights
Set the language as the primary
Unlink this translation from the bundle.
Delete this translation
Set as Primary Language
If you switch the primary language, the selected linked translation will become the new primary Guidde. From then on, all translations will be created based on this new primary language.
Unlink a Translation
When you unlink a translation from the bundle it will become an independent guidde and will now appear separately in your homepage. Note that viewers will no longer see this language in the dropdown of the primary guidde.
When a guidde has a translation bundle, you'll see the language indicator and menu at the top of it's view page.
If a guidde was not yet translated, you'll see the Translate button at the top of the video's view page.
That's it!
When viewers receive a translated Guidde, they can simply click the language icon to choose their preferred language.
With multi-language translation you get a single link that’s easy to share or embed anywhere, and speaks any language your team needs.
