Access Multi-Workspace Management
1. Click the workspace name at the top of the left-side panel in the Guidde app.
2. Select Manage all workspaces from the opened dropdown.
You’ll land on the Account Admin page, where you can view all workspaces and users associated with your account.
View Your Workspaces
The Workspaces tab gives you a high-level overview of the workspaces under your account and lets you view more details for each workspace.
1. At the top, you’ll see:
Total workspaces in your account
Total guiddes created across your workspaces
Translation minutes, used and total
2. Below the overview, you’ll see a table listing each workspace, along with its admins, used seats, and total seats.
3. Click a workspace name to open its detailed panel, where you can view:
Creation date
Number of guides created
Used and total seats
Translation minutes
Workspace admins
4. From the workspace details panel, you can also quickly open the workspace or jump directly to its settings, in a new tab, without switching to another workspace.
View Users Across Workspaces
1. Select the Users tab to view all users across your account in a single table.
For each user, you can see:
Number of workspaces they belong to
Workspace roles
Tags
Channels
Status
Expand each category by clicking the additional number indicator to view all available roles, tags, and channels.
2. Use the search bar to find a specific user, or filter the list by workspace, role, status, or tags to quickly find the users you need.
