Ask Guidde to Find Answers Across Your Library and Channels

1. From the Guidde homepage, click Ask Guidde in the top-right corner.

2. Enter your question in the input field and submit it.

Ask Guidde searches across the guiddes available to you and returns a detailed answer based on the relevant content in your workspace, along with the relevant guiddes.

You can also ask questions based specifically on the content in a Channel:

1. Access a Channel in your workspace.

2. Click Ask Guidde in the top-right corner.

3. Enter your question and submit it.

Ask Guidde searches the content available in that Channel to find the most relevant answer and relevant guiddes you have access to.

1. You'll recieve a detailed step-by-step answer. Below, you'll find the guiddes related to your query.

2. You can open the dropdown to view additional relevant guiddes.

3. Click a guidde to open it in a new tab.

This makes it easy to explore the source content and find additional information on any topic in your library or channels.

You can quickly copy the answer and paste it into an email, Help Center conversation, or wherever you need it.

Help improve Ask Guidde by sharing feedback on its answers.

1. Click the Feedback option below the answer.

2. Select the relevant category from the dropdown.

3. Add a few words explaining your feedback.

4. Click Submit.

Your feedback helps improve Ask Guidde's answers over time.

You can continue asking questions within the same conversation, or start fresh - open a new conversation and enter your question in the input field.
