Guidde Me turns a recorded guidde into a live, in-app walkthrough. Instead of switching between a video and your app, each step is highlighted directly on the page you're working in, and you do the clicking.

Availability: Guidde Me is available in Broadcast on select Enterprise plans.

To get access, contact your Customer Success Manager or <a href="https://www.guidde.com/contact-sales" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">contact our sales team</a>.

The guidde was created with the latest Guidde browser extension. Guiddes recorded earlier don't support Guidde Me, so re-record them to use them with it.

The website you're working in is added in Broadcast settings.

Open the Broadcast side panel, enter your question in the Ask field (for example, "How do I create a new opportunity?"), and click Submit.

In the answer, find the guidde card and click Guidde Me below. You can also read the answer in the chat or watch the guidde instead.

Guidde Me highlights the first step on the page. Complete the action yourself. Guidde Me shows you where to go but never clicks for you.

Once you complete a step, Guidde Me moves on to the next one.

When you reach the last step, or if you want to stop early, click End.

1. Open the app you need help with.
2. Open the Broadcast side panel, enter your question in the Ask field (for example, "How do I create a new opportunity?"), and click Submit.
3. In the answer, find the guidde card and click Guidde Me below. You can also read the answer in the chat or watch the guidde instead.
4. Guidde Me highlights the first step on the page. Complete the action yourself. Guidde Me shows you where to go but never clicks for you.
5. Once you complete a step, Guidde Me moves on to the next one.
6. When you reach the last step, or if you want to stop early, click End.

If a Step Doesn't Work as Expected

"Not on this page": the element for this step isn't visible. Try widening your browser window, or complete the step manually and click Mark as complete.

Wrong item highlighted: click Stop highlighting under the step card, then complete the step manually.

"This domain is not supported": ask a workspace admin to add the website's domain in Broadcast settings. It may take a few minutes to appear.

No Guidde Me option on the guidde card: confirm the guidde was recorded with the latest Guidde browser extension. If it was, contact your Customer Success Manager.

- "Not on this page": the element for this step isn't visible. Try widening your browser window, or complete the step manually and click Mark as complete.
