With Guide's Salesforce integration, agents can insert guides quickly into cases as well as add videos to Knowledge Base articles, making it easy to provide answers customers can follow with ease.

Guidde for Salesforce cases
1. First, make sure you installed Guidde's browser extension. To reply with a guidde, select the case you want to respond to and open the message composer.
2. Then, click on the red "G" at the bottom of the composer
3. You will now have three options to choose from
4. You can capture a new guidde which will be copied automatically into your clipboard following the capture.
5. Or copy the last guidde you recorded into your clipboard
6. Alternatively, you can find and select a guidde using this option
7. Search
8. Or select one of the latest videos
9. Paste the video from your clipboard into the composer
Guidde for Salesforce knowledge base
1. First, make sure you installed Guidde's browser extension. In the editor click on the red "G" button on the bottom right side of the composer
2. You will now have three options to choose from
3. You can capture a new guidde which will be copied automatically into your clipboard following the capture.
4. Or copy the last guidde you recorded into your clipboard
5. Alternatively, you can find and select a guidde using this option
6. Search
7. Or select one of the latest videos
8. Paste the video into the composer to add it to the article
