Gmail integration allows users to quickly and easily insert guiddes into emails with just a few clicks. This makes it easy to share guides with team members and external partners, saving time and effort.
1. To get started open the Gmail Composer.
2. Click on the red "G" located on the bottom panel of the composer.
📌 If you don't see the button on the panel, please make sure the Gmail Integration is enabled on our Integrations Page and that the Guidde browser extension is installed.
3. You will have three available options for inserting Guiddes into the email message.
You can capture a new Guidde which will be inserted automatically following the recording.
Or insert the last recorded Guidde
Alternatively you can select and search for Guiddes using the "Find a Guidde" option

Or select one of the latest videos
4. Once a Guidde was selected it will be inserted into the email message as a linked animated GIF.
