Guidde videos and playlists can be shared in a variety of ways with:
Individuals - a specific Guidde user in your company can view it, or an external member in a joint space.
Spaces - a group of users in a team space can view it, or external users grouped in a connected space.
Account - anyone in your account can view it.
Public - accessible to anyone with the link, yet remains unindexed by search engines.
Social media - spread your content seamlessly through Twitter and LinkedIn.
Email - adds clickable hyperlinks to your videos and playlists directly to the email body
Once your video or playlist is ready you can click the Share button and then choose one of the following:
Share a video with individuals
Inside or outside of your organization:
Select the video you would like to share by clicking the 3-dots menu within the thumbnail and clicking "Share"
Select "Send Email", type in the name of the individual you would like to share the video or playlist with, and select the relevant options
Share the video by clicking "Send"
Add a video to a space
The video would be added to the other videos and playlists in that space and be visible to all members of that space:
Locate the video or playlist you would like to share
Click the 3-dots menu next to it and select "Add to Space"
Select the relevant space(s) by checking the checkbox next to them.
Share a video within your company account
Anyone in your company can view it:
Locate the video or playlist you would like to share
Click the 3-dots menu next to it and select Share
Select your company and click Share
