Embed Guiddes on a Web Page

You can easily integrate your step-by-step guiddes into other webpages, wikis, knowledge-bases, or any platform that supports HTML.

Note: Only Public guiddes can be embedded on external websites.

Copy the iframe Embed Code

  1. Ensure the privacy setting of your guidde is set to Public, as described here.

  2. Open the Share modal by clicking Share on the guidde you want to embed.

    • From the guidde's view page, click 'Share' in the upper right.

    • Or from the home-page, click the three-dot menu on on the top right of each video or playlist, and select 'Share' from the opened menu.

3. In the opened Share Modal, click 'Embed' on the upper bar.

4. Select your preferred embed option. You can:

  • Embed both Video and Step-by-Step document

  • Embed just the Video

  • Embed just the document

For each option, you can scroll down to preview how your content will look like when embedded, and even play the video in preview to ensure everything is set correctly.

5. Click 'Copy embed code'. Your iframe code will be copied to your clipboard.

Paste the iframe Code into the Destination Webpage.

6. Navigate to your destination webpage and paste the code into any platform that supports HTML (in this example: Notion).

1. To copy just the embed link, click the link icon at the bottom of the embed window.

2. Paste the embed link wherever you'd like. Any future updates made to the original video will automatically appear in the embedded version, ensuring viewers always see the most up-to-date content - no additional editing required.

Default Settings (optional)

1. In the Embed settings menu at the bottom, you’ll see two toggled-on options:

  • Fixed width (700px) - ensures a consistent, optimal, video size.

  • Search optimization - allows search engines to find your video using its transcript.

2. You can turn either off, if needed.
