Export via Copy is available on: Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.
Not accessible: During the free trial period or when a video is in Draft status.

Note: Exported Guidde documents can be edited within their hosting platforms, but they are not live embeds. Any changes you make in Guidde will not automatically update the exported content.

1. To export your guidde to Intercom, open the Share modal. You can do that:

  • In the video's view page: Click "Share" on the upper right of your screen.

  • From Guidde’s homepage, click the 3-dot menu at the top right of your video and select "Share" from the opened menu.

2. When the Share modal opens, click "Export" in the top-right corner.

3. Scroll the menu and Click the copy icon next to HTML.

4. Navigate to your Intercom article.

5. Paste the previously copied HTML into your Intercom page.

Once published, your article will show: A playable video link, a thumbnail image preview, and a step-by-step article.
