Export via Copy is available on: Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.
Export via Download is available on: Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.
SCORM Export is available on: Enterprise plan.
Export is Not Available: During the free (Business) trial, or when a video is in Draft mode.
Exporting Your Guiddes
1. To start exporting, open the Share modal. You can do this in one of the following ways:
From the video's or playlist view page: Click Share in the upper-right corner.
From Guidde’s homepage: Click the three-dot menu at the top-right of your guidde or playlist, then select Share from the menu.
2. When the Share modal opens, click "Export" in the top-right corner of the modal.
3. You’ll see a variety of export options, including:

4. Select your preferred export format, then click the Copy or Download icon next to it.
Your most recently used export integrations appear first in the menu for quick access. Scroll down to explore all options.
The arrow icon to the right of an export format in the Share modal indicates that the format is downloadable.
The copy icon to the right of an export format in the Share modal indicates that the content will be copied and ready to paste in your preferred destination in a format that's optimized for that specific platform.
Example: Export a Guidde to a Word Doc
1. Click the Copy icon next to "Word" (or your preferred format) in the export menu.
2. Navigate to your Word document.
3. Paste your guidde into the document.
In your word doc, you’ll see:
A clickable video link
A dynamic GIF preview of your video
A full step-by-step article based on your guidde
Example: Download as PDF
Click the arrow icon next to the PDF export option.
Your PDF will be downloaded to your local folder.
Open the PDF to view your guidde as a branded, ready-to-share document, featuring a clickable image that links to the full video, and a step-by-step article generated from your guidde.
Export Formats Explained:

GIF This lightweight format works without internet access, making it perfect for offline use and quick sharing online.
PDF Document Receive a PDF that includes a link to your video along with detailed, image-guided instructions for each step shown in the video. - PDF Document Receive a PDF that includes a link to your video along with detailed, image-guided instructions for each step shown in the video. This format supports clickable action links that redirect the viewers back to the interactive content on the Guidde platform.
Slides PDF Export your content as a PDF featuring captured steps without accompanying text descriptions.
PPTX Export your step-by-step instructions as a PowerPoint file, with each step presented as an image slide.
GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket Export your guides directly into your repositories to document processes, workflows, or onboarding instructions alongside your codebase.
ReadMe Embed your guides into ReadMe to enrich your API or product documentation with visual, step-by-step walkthroughs.
ClickUp Attach how-to guides or training content to tasks and docs in ClickUp, helping teams follow processes and onboard faster.
SharePoint Save and organize your exported guides in SharePoint for centralized access across teams or departments.
