Whether you're explaining a process, giving feedback, or walking someone through a product, Guidde helps you capture your screen, voice, and camera in one smooth, integrated flow. No extra tools needed - just hit record and start sharing!

1. Click the Guidde browser extension once you’re ready to record.

2. A pop-up will appear. Select the "Screen & Camera" tab, and configure your recording settings.

3. To record your voice, switch the microphone toggle on.

4. After enabling the microphone, a list of available devices will appear. Select your preferred device.

5. You can choose to record with your camera on or off. When enabled, a preview bubble will appear on your screen. To turn it off, switch the "Camera" toggle off.

6. Click the preferred camera from the list of available devices.

7.a. Resize your bubble by clicking on its bottom menu.

7.b. Click and drag the bubble to reposition it on the screen.

7.c. Enable the flip camera toggle if you prefer a mirrored view of yourself in the video.

8. To record just yourself, turn on "Camera-Only" mode. This disables screen capture and keeps the focus entirely on you.

9. Once everything’s set up, click "Start Recording".

If screen capture is enabled, when you click "Start Recording" - you'll be prompted to select what to share:

9. While recording, click the Guidde extension in your browser or the on-screen logo to open the recording panel. From there, you can pause, restart, or delete your recording. When you're finished- click "Done" to stop the recording.

10. Once you clicked "Done", a new tab will open where you can view your video.

It will be saved as a single video step, with a cover and ending step automatically added.

You can click “Edit Video” to make any quick edits or add your personal touch.
