1. To make sure your microphone is enabled, open your device settings.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the settings list and click "Privacy and Security".

3. In the opened menu, scroll down and find the "app permission" section.

4. Find and click "Microphone".

5. In case the microphone setting is disabled, toggle it on.

If your device microphone is enabled but you're still being prompted to allow access, check your browser settings to ensure the Guidde extension is allowed to use your microphone.

1. Click the three dots in the top-right of your browser to open the Chrome menu.

2. In the browser menu, scroll down and click "Settings".

3. In the settings menu, click "Privacy and security" on the right.

4. Select "Site Settings" at the bottom of the Privacy and Security page.

5. Find Guidde in the list of sites, then click the arrow next to it to open the permissions menu.

6. If you see that microphone access is set to “Blocked,” change it to “Allow” so Guidde can use your mic.

With these settings in place, you can return to your Guidde and start recording using your device’s microphone.

If your device microphone is enabled but you're still being prompted to allow access, check your browser settings to ensure the Guidde extension is allowed to use your microphone.

4. Select site permissions at the bottom of the page.

5. In the opened menu, select "All sites", to find your guide app.

6. Find Guidde in the list of sites, then click the arrow next to it to open the permissions menu.

7. If you see that microphone access is set to “Blocked”, change it to “Allow” so Guidde can use your mic.

With these settings in place, you can return to your Guidde and start recording using your device’s microphone.
