Learn how to edit and organize the Document of your guide

Updated yesterday

The Document editor offers a variety of formatting options, allowing you to create well-structured, visually appealing documents ready for sharing and export.

1. Open the Document editor

First make sure you've clicked Done to regenerate the video with the updated transcript text and voiceover. Once the video has regenerated, select Switch to View.

The transcript will automatically sync with both the captions and the document.

2. Edit steps of the Document

To edit the title or description of a step in your Document, click the Pencil icon.

Please note:

⚠️ These changes will only apply to the Document (below the video).

📌 To update the Transcript text (Voiceover), you must use the Voiceover Editor.
The Voiceover Editor allows to sync all edits made there with the Document and Captions, yet changes made to the Document or Captions will not sync back to the Voiceover.
