General billing information

  • The subscription price is directly connected to the number of paid seats (licenses) in your plan and is recalculated automatically when you increase or decrease those licenses. Local taxes will apply based on the region of purchase.

  • Licenses are consumed by Admins, Content Managers and Creators.

  • You can pay monthly or annually with automated credit card payments.

  • Navigate to "Workspace Settings" and click on the "Billing" tab to review your payment method, update bank card details, add or change billing email, view invoice history, and download invoices.

  • When a user purchases a subscription, they are automatically assigned an Admin role and will start receiving billing emails. This administrative role equips you with the ability to oversee subscription billing as well as manage users and content within the platform.

  • Your credit card is automatically charged at the beginning of every subscription period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel your subscription before the start of the billing cycle.

  • If there’s an issue with your card payment we’ll try again after 7 and 14 days. If we still can’t process the charge after day 14, your subscription will expire - that just means we’ll downgrade your plan to free plan until you’re ready to extend or choose a new plan. Explore our plan pricing.

  • You have the option to cancel your subscription before the start of the new billing cycle. If you encounter any difficulties in doing so, do not hesitate to get in touch.

  • To change invoice details for upcoming invoices - get in touch with our support team and share the updated company details. This ensures a swift and accurate processing of your requests. It's important to mention that we do not make alterations to invoices that have already been issued.
