Guidde allows you to control the type of notifications you will receive and the methods in which you prefer to receive the notifications.
1. Click on your avatar in the bottom left corner of Guidde
2. Select "Notifications Settings"
3. Select the events your would like to receive notifications and the methods of delivery
Types of Available notifications
Weekly Digest - a weekly summary of your organization's most interesting statistics
Recordings - Updates relating to your recordings (e.g. recording is ready after being processed)
Requests - Requests to edit videos
Views - Updates on your videos views
Shares - Updates when a video has been shared with you
Comments - Get notified of new comments
Methods of delivery
Email - Notifications will be sent to your email address as defined in Guidde
Slack - When the Slack integration has been enabled (instructions on how to enable the integration are available here)
Extension - You can receive notifications directly in the Guidde browser extension
