Guidde's activity feed enables administrators and space owners to analyze how users interact with the system

The live activity feed, which updates every minute, allows administrators and space owners to analyze how users and viewers interact with Guidde.


The activity feed enables tracking of the following details:

  • The timestamp of the activity.

  • The type of activity performed on the video, such as:

    • Opening a playlist

    • Viewing a page

    • Playing a video

    • Recording a video

    • Performing a search

    • Conducting a search with no results

  • The user who carried out the activity.

  • The spaces where the video is shared.

  • The URL that was played.

  • The percentage of the video viewed by that user.

Apply built-in filters to filter by:

  • Date Range: Filter activities from the last 7 or 30 days.

  • Spaces: Filter by specific spaces.

  • Entities: Filter by workspaces.

  • Member: Filter by specific users.

  • Event: Filter by type of events, such as views, searches, clicks, and more.

Why do I see anonymous views?

To identify and track who watched your video, there are three levels of users:

Logged-in user: A viewer who is logged in with a Guidde account or through a video portal when watching the video.

Tracked user: A viewer who is tracked while watching a public video using the track link feature.

Anonymous user: A viewer who has neither signed up nor been tracked when watching a public video or an embedded Guidde.
