By default all new members of your Guidde organization are added to your organization's Main space. Videos that are shared to "Anyone at your organization" will be available in this space for all.

You have the option to add additional default spaces - adding new members to your organization will immediately add them to these spaces. 1. Navigate to your Company Settings:

2. In the Account tab, under Company Default Spaces you can add the spaces you'd like to make default.

3. Every new member that will be added to your organization in Guidde will be part of these default spaces by default.
