1. To get started, click the New button at the top right of your Guidde homepage.
2. Select New Guidde to begin.
3. Select the aspect ratio for your guidde:
Landscape: 1920 x 1080. Perfect for desktop walkthroughs, screen recordings, and existing content (default).
Standard: 1440 x 1080: For iPad viewing, presentation style content, legacy app documentation.
Portrait: 1080 x 1920: Great for mobile-first content, social media repurposing, in-app mobile guiddes.
Tablet Portrait: 1080 x 1440: Optimal for iPad portrait viewing, mobile first content with more vertical space.
4. Click Apply to set your preferred aspect ratio.
Note: Once a guidde is created, its aspect ratio is fixed to ensure a consistent viewing experience
Your Guidde is ready to be edited!
5. As soon as you click, an untitled Guidde will be generated for you an opened in the video editor. It already has a cover step and an ending step - ready for you to build on. From here, you can add steps, record a voiceover, and edit every detail to create the perfect Guidde!
That’s it! Now you can create a Guidde from scratch - your way.
