Keep your captions in sync with your latest voiceover edits. Whether you're using Text to Voice or recording your own narration, you can ensure your subtitles are always up-to-date with the most recent transcript changes.
Apply Voiceover Transcript to all Captions
1. From the Speaker section in the video editor, you can apply the transcript text to all the captions in your guidde.
2. Click the three dots in the Speaker panel on the upper left.
3. In the opened menu check (or uncheck) "Apply to all Captions" to sync (or detach) the transcript text from your captions. This option is checked on by default.
4. When this option is turned on, any edits to your guidde will be reflected in the captions accordingly once saved.

Apply Voiceover Text to Captions Per-Step
You can control caption sync with the transcript on a per-step basis, if you want to adjust captions just for specific steps.
1. From the speaker section in the video editor, click the three dots on the right of each step.
2. In the opened menu, check (or uncheck) "Sync voiceover text with: Captions".
Re-Apply to Captions
By checking the "sync captions" option again after it's been deactivated, the captions will be re-generated according to the updated video voiceover, overriding the current captions state.
This checkbox is on by default. You can uncheck it if you don't want to sync the voiceover text of a step/s with the Captions. The state of the checkbox is saved for each step.
