To import a PDF file or its pages as video steps, use the 'Add step' feature in the video editor:
1. Click 'Add step' and opt for 'Import from file'.
2. Pick a PDF file and then click 'Open'.
3. Pages of the selected PDF file will be inserted. Refrain from closing this window until the processing is complete.
4. Select specific pages or utilize the 'Select all pages' button to include the complete document, then hit the 'Import pages' button.
5. Selected PDF pages will be incorporated into your video, allowing for additional customization.
