To import a PDF file or its pages as video steps, use the 'Add step' feature in the video editor:

1. Click 'Add step' and opt for 'Import from file'

2. Pick a PDF or PPT file and then click 'Open'.

3. Select specific pages or utilize the 'Select all pages' button to include the complete document, then hit the 'Import pages' button.

4. Selected PDF/PPT pages will be incorporated into your video, allowing for additional customization.​
