Pro Tips for Using Pan & Zoom

Tip 1: Create a longer zoom motion

1. Start with a step that shows the full screen view (no zoom).

2. Add another identical step and apply Pan and Zoom to focus on a specific area.

  • Play both steps in sequence to create a smooth zoom-in effect.

  • To create a zoom-out motion, simply reverse the order.

  • While you can’t control the exact timing of Pan & Zoom, its placement across steps allows you to match it with the speaker's narration and highlighted content.

Tip 2: Move across multiple areas in the same step

1. Duplicate the step you wish to work with.

2. Place the Pan & Zoom frame on different areas on each identical step.

  • When played, the guidde will pan smoothly between your two focus points, like a camera movement, ending with a zoomed-out step view.

Tip 3: Create a zoom-in and out motion

  1. Duplicate your step so you have 3 identical steps.

  2. On the first step, apply Pan & Zoom to focus on a specific area.

  3. Add a middle step without Pan & Zoom to return to a full-step view.

  4. On the third step, apply Pan and Zoom again, anywhere you wish to focus.

    • When playing the video, you'll get a vibrant zoom-in-and-out motion effect.
