Copy the Source Code from Guidde
1. Start by clicking Share on your Guidde.
You’ll find it in the upper-right corner of the view page.
Or, from your homepage: Open the three-dot menu on the top-right corner of the Guidde, and click Share.
2. In the Share modal, select the Export tab at the top right.
3. Find Source Code in the menu, and click the copy icon next to it. The source code code will be copied to your clipboard.
Paste the Source Code in Freshdesk
4. Open your Freshdesk account and go to the article where you'll add your guidde.
5. Click the Code View icon in the upper bar.
6. In the opened input field - paste the source code from Guidde in the first row.
7. Once the code is pasted:
scroll back up to the toolbar and click the Code View icon again.
A guidde video that plays directly in Freshdesk, along with a step-by-step article, will be added to your page.
Note: The article and images can be updated directly in Freshdesk. The video remains as originally added, and updates made to it in Guidde won’t sync automatically.

Your Guidde has been successfully exported to Freshdesk, giving your team and customers clear, step-by-step instructions - right where they need them.
