Add a GIF to an Email or Document

1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the video you want to share.

2. Select "Share" from the dropdown menu.

Click 'Share'

3. Click “Copy GIF” in the sharing menu.

4. Your GIF is now copied and you can paste it directly into an email or a document.

Paste the GIF into your email to add an engaging visual of your video. A GIF preview and a separate clickable link to the full video will be generated.

Add it to a document by following the same steps and pasting it in place.

Insert a GIF into a Presentation

1. Choose your video, and click the three dot menu on its top right.

2. Select "Share" from the drop down menu.

Click 'Share'

3. Click "EXPORT" in the sharing options.

Click 'EXPORT'

4. Select GIF. Your GIF will be downloaded once you click.

5. Navigate to your downloads folder and grab the GIF.

6. Paste it directly into your presentation.

7. Click the GIF to adjust its size and placement for the best visual fit on your slide.
