How to multi-select steps of a video

Select multiple steps to drag and drop within a video’s timeline or copy and paste them between videos.

With multi-select, you can easily rearrange or copy steps across videos to streamline your editing.

Copying and Pasting Steps Between Videos

  1. To select multiple steps, hold the ⌘ key (Mac) or Control key (Windows) and click on each step you want to include.
    ​

  2. Once selected, press ⌘ + C (Mac) or Ctrl + C (Windows). A green banner will confirm that the steps are copied to your clipboard.
    ​

  3. Open the video where you'd like to paste the steps.
    ​

  4. Choose the step after which you want to insert the copied steps, then press Command + V (Mac) or Control + V (Windows).

Reordering Steps Using Drag & Drop

You can also use multi-select to drag and drop steps within a video's timeline, allowing you to quickly reorder multiple steps at once.
