How to multi-select steps of a video

Select multiple steps to drag and drop within a video’s timeline or copy and paste them between videos.

With multi-select, you can easily rearrange or copy steps across videos to streamline your editing.

Copying and Pasting Steps Between Videos

  1. To select multiple steps, hold the key (Mac) or Control key (Windows) and click on each step you want to include.

  2. Once selected, press + C (Mac) or Ctrl + C (Windows). A green banner will confirm that the steps are copied to your clipboard.

  3. Open the video where you'd like to paste the steps.

  4. Choose the step after which you want to insert the copied steps, then press Command + V (Mac) or Control + V (Windows).

Reordering Steps Using Drag & Drop

You can also use multi-select to drag and drop steps within a video's timeline, allowing you to quickly reorder multiple steps at once.
