1. Select the relevant video and Click on Share
2. Click "SMART COPY"
Select the "Smart Copy" tab. Smart copy enables you to copy How-to's in a format which is optimized for Zendesk.
3. Click on the Zendesk Icon
Once selected, the instructions will be copied into your clipboard.
4. Switch to the relevant Zendesk KB article
Navigate to the page where you want to use the instructions
5. Click on the "Source Code" button available on the editor toolbar.
6. Paste the Smart Copy code into the source code box
7. Click the "OK" button to save the changes
8. The video and instructions will appear in a format optimized for Zendesk
You may need to allow external Iframes on Zendesk KB in order for the video player to display. If so, please follow these instructions (Allowing Unsafe HTML section) to enable the option on Zendesk:
