The Smart Copy feature is a game-changer for crafting internal knowledge bases and user-friendly help centers.

It effortlessly transforms your guides into engaging enablement materials in minutes, letting your audience seamlessly explore videos followed by step-by-step instructions.


1. To turn your guidde into a SharePoint article, select the relevant video and click 'Share'.

2. Open the 'Smart Copy' tab.

3. Click on the SharePoint Icon. Once selected, the instructions will be copied into your clipboard.

4. Switch to the relevant SharePoint page, where you want to paste your instructions.

5. Click on the 'βž•' icon to add a new element to the page.

6. Opt for the Markdown element and insert the SharePoint optimized code from your clipboard using the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl/Cmd+V'.

7. Select the code field by clicking inside it.

8. Click 'Republish'.

9. SharePoint page will be updated to include both a video and step-by-step instructions.
