1. Select the relevant video and Click on Share
2. Click "Smart Copy"
Select the "Smart Copy" tab. Smart copy enables you to copy How-to's in a format which is optimized for ServiceNow KB.
3. Select the "ServiceNow" option
Once selected, the instructions will be copied into your clipboard.
4. Switch to the relevant ServiceNow article
Navigate to the article where you want to use the instructions
5. Click on the "Source Code" button
6. Paste the ServiceNow optimized code from your clipboard and click "Save"
7. View and publish your article
