1. Select the relevant video and Click on Share
2. Click "SMART COPY"
Select the "Smart Copy" tab. Smart copy enables you to copy How-to's in a format which is optimized for Salesforce.
3. Click on the Salesforce Icon
Once selected, the instructions will be copied into your clipboard.
4. Switch to the relevant Salesforce KB article
Navigate to the page where you want to use the instructions
5. Paste the instructions into the Salesforce KB Article
The instructions will be pasted in a format that has been optimized for Salesforce.
